If you’re having trouble logging in, it could be that you’re using the wrong password or entering it incorrectly (remember that passwords are case sensitive).

The simplest solution is usually to just retrieve your password by using the “Lost Your Password?” box to the right (make sure you enter the SAME email address that you used when purchasing your product).

Sometimes the email lands in the spam folder so make sure you check there if you don’t see it in your primary inbox.
